Hollybrook two : HOUSE EXTENSION AND REFURBISHMENT

This house dating from early 1900s had been uninhabited for many years before being brought back to life with a refurbishment sensitive to the historic fabric of the building with a new extension to the rear at lower ground floor level. The project was tailored to suit our clients’ requirements for a comfortable and contemporary family home that is expressive of their own colourful and joyful design aesthetic.

The project involved repair and replication of many of the original plaster and joinery features as well as incorporating insulation suitable to the historic fabric. The rear extension is contemporary and light filled.
